Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns/Exchange
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return/exchange within 7 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in original packaging. Customer should pay the shipping fee for return/exchange for goods without quality problems.
Pleae notice:
We didn't accept C.O.D service ,customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please put a paper into the parcel ,writing your order number,or we may not know which parcel is yours.
After you send the parcel ,please give us the tracking number,thanks a lot.
Refunds
Once your return is received and check items all good by our warehouse,we will arrange refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or paypal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
